Studeo Spaces Study Hub has officially launched a unique and innovative stay-in study room designed for those who need a hyper-focused environment for continuous study and work. This new offering caters to students, professionals, and anyone needing a short-term, intensive study space.
Studeo Spaces Stay-In Study Rooms: Designed for Continuous Hyper-Focused Study and Work
The stay-in living spaces are meticulously designed to facilitate continuous study sessions. Whether you need a place for a few days, weeks, or even months, Studeo Spaces Study Hub provides the perfect environment for concentrated work.
Stay-In Living Spaces for Short-Term Lease
The stay-in study room units are available for short-term lease, making them flexible for your needs. The lease rates are structured to be affordable, with a tiered pricing system:
- Lease rate by the day:
- P1,500/day (inclusive of utilities and full access to the same-floor pantry)
- Lease rate by the month:
- P25,000/month (exclusive of utilities but includes full access to the same-floor pantry)
Fully Furnished Studio Units
These fully furnished stay-in study rooms will be available for lease by the day starting August 5, 2024. Each unit is designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay:
Bunk Bed
The studio unit has a bunk bed with mattresses and pillows for comfortable sleep while you recharge from your challenging study or work.
Ensuite Toilet and Bath
Each stay-in study room unit has an ensuite toilet and bath, a bidet, and a water heater.
Two Study Desks
The study desks have outlets, a whiteboard, a light, and a cabinet for your clothes and study materials.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and microwave, allowing you to prepare simple meals and snacks without leaving your study space.
Access to Same-Floor Pantry
The same-floor pantry offers unlimited brewed coffee, cold beverages, an ice maker, and hot and cold purified water. This amenity ensures you have all the necessary refreshments without interrupting your study flow.
Dedicated High-Speed Internet
Each unit has a dedicated high-speed, fiber broadband internet access point, ensuring a fast and reliable connection.
Advanced Booking or Walk-In Reservations
Advanced booking is recommended to secure your stay-in study room, but walk-in reservations are also available if space permits. Desks are now open for reservations, so send us a message to inquire and/or reserve your spot.
Location and Operating Hours
Studeo Spaces Study Hub is conveniently located at the corner of Dapitan and Dela Fuente Streets, Sampaloc, Manila, with a 7-11 on the ground floor for any additional needs. You can easily find us using Google Maps, Waze, or Grab by searching for Studeo Suites or Studeo Spaces.
We are open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN, seven days a week, including holidays and inclement weather. For those who need to extend their study hours, there is an option to stay until 6:00 AM at the Glassbox NightShift for an additional P100.00.
