We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our reservation system and limited availability, we cannot offer refunds for canceled bookings. Rebooking Policy: Rebooking to another date is not permitted. The date you select during the booking process is considered final and cannot be changed since we have blocked off the desk or room to other interested parties and is considered booked.
